Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

We were lucky and our room was away from the highway so was very quiet. Older hotel but had been updated and was very clean. The heater worked great. The king room was very spacious. Bathroom had lots of counter space. Always plenty of clean towels each day. The TV had a separate printed guide showing the available local and cable channels. We did not use the pool or workout room. Breakfast was heavy on the carbs for us. There is a posted sign just outside the breakfast room with all the food options listed, so no surprises. The coffee machine had all the bells and whistles and made a variety of coffee drinks. The staff were very kind, helpful and patient. Not bad for the price.

The hotel was very clean and seemed new. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff. They were outgoing and personable, providing excellent customer service from the late-night check-in to the morning breakfast and check-out. We'll plan to stay here again next time we're in the area!

I stayed here for like two Tonight first night First night of when I came to check-in it was not easy. The person who is working on the day night, give me a hard time but the next day Judy help me feel better and And she also gave me 20 minutes late check out without any extra fee for the things that happened on the first day when I check in but overall, I can rate this 5 star because I had a pretty good time.

Judy at front desk was very helpful with reservations. Very clean, good breakfast, overall good experience. We’ve stayed here before & will stay again!

I needed a place to stay. They went above and beyond my expectations. Recently remodeled and it shows for all the good reasons. The rooms were excellent. Breakfast was good. Everything was available. The tables were clean. Staff was super friendly. Have confidence to bring anyone here.

Very, very good. Clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent in every way. The staff were the best we have met in years. Brenda at the night desk was thoughtful and helpful with Kate arrival and accessible needs. Cheryl in the breakfast room was attentive. The breakfast was good, hot and fresh. The room was a great value. We’ll come back if we travel this way again.

Thank you Judy-Front Desk-for assisting with so much kindness while a family member traveled unexpectedly and was sick at the same time. You were so helpful and made the time at Best Western exceptional.
